Jeff Hart

President

Jeff Hart is the proud Founder and President of Environmental Assurance Company, Inc. (EACI), headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. A native of Indiana, Mr. Hart holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of South Florida and brings over four decades of experience in the environmental remediation industry.

Prior to founding EACI in 1991, Mr. Hart served as Senior Vice President of a major Midwest asbestos abatement firm, where he gained extensive expertise in environmental operations, project management, and regulatory compliance. Under his leadership, EACI has grown into one of the most respected environmental contractors in the Midwest, completing more than 16,500 projects across 35 states.

Mr. Hart holds numerous environmental certifications, including:

  • Licensed Asbestos Inspector

He has personally overseen and negotiated long-standing service contracts with prominent clients such as AES Indiana, Community Health Hospitals, Citizen’s Thermal Energy, Arconic/Alcoa, DuPont, and the Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA).

As President, Mr. Hart remains actively involved in contract negotiation, sales strategy, cost control, cash flow management, and corporate planning. His leadership philosophy emphasizes safety, professionalism, and timely execution on every project—values that have shaped EACI’s reputation for excellence since its inception.

Chris Hart

Chris serves as Vice President of Environmental Assurance Company, Inc. (EACI) and brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in the environmental remediation industry. His tenure with EACI began during his time at Vincennes University, where he worked summers to gain real-world experience in the field—laying the foundation for a long and successful career.

Throughout his time at EACI, Chris has successfully managed multi-million-dollar projects across a wide range of environmental scopes, including asbestos and lead abatement, mold remediation, hazardous materials cleanup, and selective demolition. His project leadership has contributed significantly to the company’s reputation for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Ludovit (Luke) Novomesky

Mr. Novomesky brings over 27 years of experience in the environmental services industry, with a specialized focus on industrial abatement, decommissioning, and environmental project execution. His career has encompassed leadership roles in both estimating and field operations, including the oversight of large-scale project teams and the successful delivery of complex environmental scopes.

As Industrial Sales Manager for EACI, Mr. Novomesky is responsible for a full range of duties including:

  • Business development and client relations

  • Project estimating and competitive bidding

  • Field execution and project management

  • Cost control, safety oversight, and quality assurance

He serves as the primary point of accountability for assigned projects, managing each phase from preconstruction through closeout, and ensuring high performance from both the project team and subcontracted resources.

Mr. Novomesky has successfully managed major environmental abatement and decommissioning efforts across the United States for clients in the chemical, plastics, and manufacturing sectors. Notable projects include:

Ron Yazel

Ron Yazel serves as a Senior Project Manager at Environmental Assurance Company, Inc. (EACI) and brings over 30 years of experience in general construction, construction management, and environmental remediation. A lifelong Indiana resident, Mr. Yazel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Drawing from Ball State University.

Mr. Yazel is a licensed Asbestos and Lead Inspector in the State of Indiana and has extensive experience in the estimation, planning, and management of asbestos abatement, industrial insulation, and other environmentally regulated scopes of work.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Yazel has successfully managed more than 5,000 projects, including abatement, renovation, and new construction efforts across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. His expertise spans both public and private sectors, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Prior to joining EACI, Mr. Yazel served as General Manager and Vice President of a leading Midwest asbestos abatement firm, where he was responsible for overseeing field operations, estimating, and business development.

Known for his detail-oriented project leadership and commitment to health and safety, Mr. Yazel ensures that every project under his direction is executed with the highest level of professionalism and risk management for both clients and their personnel.

Mike Kirkman

Mike Kirkman is a seasoned Project Manager with over 30 years of experience in the environmental remediation industry. At EACI, Mr. Kirkman plays a key role in both project oversight and client development, managing remediation efforts across the country while building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Mr. Kirkman has led numerous emergency service and environmental response contracts throughout the State of Indiana, many of which have spanned decades due to his dependability, responsiveness, and professionalism. He is known within EACI and among clients for his exceptional communication skills and his commitment to delivering results with a client-first mindset.

Approachable, detail-oriented, and highly experienced, Mr. Kirkman brings a people-centered approach to every project. His ability to navigate complex project requirements while maintaining strong client relationships makes him a valued leader within the EACI team and a trusted partner to those he serves.

He holds active licenses as both a Project Supervisor and Asbestos Building Inspector in the States of Indiana and Ohio and has a proven track record of executing complex abatement and remediation projects in compliance with regulatory standards.

In his current role, Mr. Garnett is responsible for project estimating, active project oversight, field crew coordination, and scheduling. His extensive field experience and management capabilities enable him to lead complex abatement and remediation projects with confidence and clarity.

Known for his steady leadership, reliability, and strong attention to detail, Mr. Garnett is a trusted and respected presence among both EACI staff and clients. He is also heavily involved in software development and information systems, bringing modern solutions to streamline internal operations and project tracking.
