Jeff Hart

President

Jeff Hart is the President and Founder of Environmental Assurance Company, Inc. He is an Indiana native and holds a Bachelor' s Degree from the University of South Florida in Business and Finance. He has worked in the environmental field since 1985 and was a Sr. Vice President of a major Midwest asbestos abatement firm prior to founding Environmental Assurance in 1991. Mr. Hart has completed 30 Hour OSHA Training, 40 Hour HAZWOPER Training, hazard communications standards, asbestos project supervision, design, and air sampling. Additionally, Mr. Hart maintains certifications as a mold remediation specialist. He has successfully completed training in asbestos abatement legal considerations and planning as well as sprinkler installation in asbestos-containing high rise buildings.

Mr. Hart has had training and certification as a licensed asbestos project designer, licensed asbestos inspector, licensed lead inspector and supervisor as well as completion of the CSX asbestos preferred contractor program. He supervises and personally is involved with contract negotiations, sales, cost controls, cash flow management, and corporate planning. His policies specifically call for all projects to be completed in a professional, safe, and timely manner.


Ron Yazel

Ron Yazel is the Vice President of EACI and has been involved in the general construction, construction management, asbestos abatement, and environmental field for over 30 years. He earned a degree in Architectural Drawing, and is a life long Indiana resident. He holds a current Indiana asbestos and lead Inspector License. Ron has a long and successful history in estimating and project management of industrial insulation, asbestos and other related environmental issues. He has managed construction and abatement of more than 5,000 projects. Prior to joining EACI, he was General Manager and Vice President of a major Midwest asbestos abatement firm. He is dedicated to managing every project in a manner that preserves the image of Clients and their employees in a positive fashion.

Brad Paddack

Sr. Project Manager/ Estimator

Brad Paddack is a Sr. Project Manager and Estimator. He manages projects in various states for Environmental Assurance Company, Inc. of long durations and has managed crews on multimillion dollar projects that have lasted up to 3 years. He has been with the company for fifteen years and has been in the construction management field for over twenty years. Some of Brad’s work includes CSX Railroads, City of Indianapolis, 3M Company, Norfolk Southern, State of Indiana and Birch Bayh Federal Courthouse.

Chris Hart

Chris is the Vice President of EACI. Chris has been with EACI for 20 years While attending Vincennes University, Chris worked his summers at EACI to learn the environmental business and has worked in several areas within the company. Chris has successfully managed multi million dollar projects in a variety of environmental areas. Chris is certified in mold remediation aspects as well as being licensed in Indiana as both an asbestos inspector and lead inspector. Chris brings a can-do attitude to each project he is involved with.

Mike Kirkman

Mike Kirkman is an estimator and project manager for EACI. Additionally, Mike spearheads new client development within the EACI group. Mike oversees various projects around the country for EACI and has exceptional communication skills with EACI clients. Mike is approachable, likable, caring, and has EACI customers foremost in his thoughts.

Dan Trotter

Dan is an Estimator and Project Manager for EACI. Dan has been in sales and customer service in various parts of Indiana for over 25 years. He currently holds licenses in Indiana and Ohio as a Project Supervisor and asbestos building inspector. He has successfully completed millions of dollars in contracts with public, industrial, healthcare, and government facilities in 25 years in the environmental contracting field. Dan is very personable and brings excellent people skills to the projects he manages for EACI.

Allan Garnett

General Manager/ Estimator

General Manager / Estimator

Allan has had several working roles with EACI. From Superintendent to General Manager to Estimator/Project Manager, Allan has excelled at everything he has been asked to do on behalf of the company and at all job titles. He oversees all asbestos abatement projects and is responsible for the scheduling and coordination of crews on all projects. Allan has been in the environmental contracting field approximately 25 years and has been with EACI for over 15 years. Allan has been a reliable, steady force, and EACI’s clients greatly appreciate his attention to detail.

Andrew Greene

Andy is a Project Manager / Estimator for EACI. Andy has a background in the Geology field and has had several years experience working in the oil and gas industries. During his work in the oil and gas field, Andy worked on various large projects throughout the United States. Andy is personable and energetic and EACI is more than happy to have him on our project management team.

Tracy Mushen

Office Manager/ Project Coordinator

Tracy is the EACI Indianapolis Office Manager / Project Coordinator for EACI. She is an Indianapolis native and has been with EACI for over 10 years. She has steadily moved up within the company and her ability to take on more responsibility, and more roles for the company has made her a valuable asset to EACI. Tracy has a unique ability to multitask at a very high level and complete all the assignments that are given to her.

Dan is a Project Manager and Estimator for EACI. Dan’s duties for EACI include securing job leads and estimating projects. Coordinating and managing projects of clients throughout the United States. Additionally, Dan is heavily involved in new client development and his experience in providing superior customer service is a great skill to add to the EACI team.

Randy Reed

Warehouse Manager/ Purchasing Agent

Randy is the EACI Warehouse Manager and Buyer for EACI; Some of Randy’s job duties for EACI include purchasing of equipment, supplies, and materials for projects. Inventory maintenance and control, fleet maintenance and management, equipment maintenance and control. Randy also is heavily involved with project scheduling. Randy is a welcome addition to the company and we are very happy to have him on the EACI management team.
